Lali De Aztlan, MBA, is the Vice-President of Operations of Guerra & Associates. She attended the University of California Los Angeles for her B.A. where she majored in Economics with a minor in Latin American Studies.  She graduated from the University of Southern California Marshall School Of Business concentrating her studies in both Finance and General Management.  Ms. De Aztlan has over seven years experience in both the high tech and banking Industry as a Project Manager and as a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch.  Before her work in the financial sector, Ms. De Aztlan ran campaigns and community outreach in the Coachella Valley.

Ms. De Aztlan has worked extensively in the community, volunteering with the AmeriCorps, American Diabetes Association, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and numerous political campaigns.  Ms. De Aztlan brings an extensive knowledge of the political process along with a business perspective, as well as a network of relationships in Southern California. Ms. De Aztlan serves as an informal pro-bono adviser to numerous Latino elected officials in Southern California.
