| Fernando J. Guerra, Ph.D. Lali De Aztlan Adam Guerra Ernesto Pantoja | Ernesto Pantoja joined Guerra & Associates in July of 2009. He is a graduate of Loyola Law School and Loyola Marymount University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Chicano Studies in 2001. Ernesto has over seven years of experience in Labor Relations. This experience includes collaborating with construction craft unions to provide political support for several major real estate developments within the City of Los Angeles, handling Project Labor Agreement Compliance and assisting in mediating grievances between construction trade unions and builders. Prior to joining Guerra & Associates, Ernesto handled Labor Relations for Playa Vista and Ponte Vista, two of the biggest private residential projects in the City of Los Angeles. As the Director of Labor Relations for Ponte Vista, Ernesto was responsible for coordinating outreach to organized labor in an effort to gain political and material support for the Ponte Vista project. He also worked with community outreach staff to help educate and gain support from local residents, businesses, organizations and local neighborhood councils. Ernesto was chair of the Historical Commission for the City of San Fernando. He was also a member of the Play Vista Jobs (PVJOBS) Board of Directors as well as LMU's Mexican American Alumni Association (MAAA) Scholarship Committee. | | |||||||||||||
